The basic primitive is easy. If you join B-DNS by making B known to your
nameserver, you're allowed to have a subdomain. Usually, this means one
subdomain per Person (to avoid land grab). But if a large number of users
use your nameserver, you might be allowed more, on a case by case basis.
We have a WWW frontend planned, and hope to finish it soon.
For now, you need to send me an email. You should
send the Nameserver(s) you control, an hint about the number of users which
use your DNS, and which subdomain you want.
